½ taza de Maíz palomero Verde Valle®

2 cucharadas de mantequilla

1 cucharadita de sal

350 g de chocolate blanco

14 galletas Oreo®, molidas

1 pouch of Isadora Original Refried Beans

4 pita breads

2 diced tomatoes

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

1 diced cucumber

1 chicken breast

2 tablespoons paprika

Fresh mint leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the Isadora Refried Pinto Beans in the microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes and sauté in a skillet with oil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Warm the pita bread on both sides.
  4. Fill each pita with beans, chicken, red onion, tomato, cucumber, and mint leaves.
  5. Add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste and serve.
