500 g de Arroz súper extra Verde Valle®

500 ml de aceite comestible

100 g de cebolla picada

2 litros de caldo del pollo

5 jitomates picados en cubos de 1 cm

2 dientes de ajo picado

2 mojaras fritas y desmenuzadas

Cilantro picado al gusto

Perejil picado al gusto

Chile serrano al gusto

1 ½ cups Super Extra Rice, Verde Valle

½ finely chopped onion

1 chopped serrano chili

½ cup water

Olive oil, as needed

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

3 cups filtered water

1 bunch of clean squash blossoms

PREPARATION

  1. Rinse and drain the rice. In a rice cooker or deep saucepan, sauté it with the onion, serrano chili, and huitlacoche until lightly golden. Add ½ cup of water, season with salt and pepper, then add the remaining water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
  2. Serve and garnish with the squash blossoms. Enjoy.
