Rice with coriander and poblano chilli
The easiness of this recipe makes it perfect to prepare any day.
ingredients
2 cups Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup onion
1 garlic clove
2 poblano chillis
1 cup coriander, chopped
3 cups water
Sea salt
Fresh coriander branches
Radish slices

PREPARATION
GRIND chili with onion, garlic, cream and a few water. Set aside. HEAT in a frying pan the oil, butter and rice; cook for 2 minutes. ADD water. Halfway thorugh the cooking process, add chili mixture with onion, garlic and cream. It will be ready when liquid consumes. SEASON with sea salt and garnish with some radish slices and coriander.
