1/2 onion in pieces

1/2 onion, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons bell peppers powder (paprika)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 1/2 cups thick ham, cubed

PREPARATION

COOK broad beans in the pressure cooker with plenty of water to cover them and a piece of onion, add a teaspoon of salt, cook for 30 minutes after the steam starts to escape. HEAT olive oil in another pot, fry onion and garlic until they look transparent. ADD ham and fry for 1 more minute. SPRINKLE bell pepper powder and cook 2 more minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. ADD cooked beans with everything and broth. MIX well, check seasoning and add more salt if necessary. Boil over low heat for 10 minutes. SERVE very hot.
